Community Support Systems' (CSS) mission is to help low and moderate-income families and senior citizens access services;
to be an advocate for needed services; and to provide local programs that will raise the quality of life, dignity, and independence
in the community.
Our board and our faithful community of volunteers
work tirelessly to do one thing: improve the quality of life of our most vulnerable neighbors in the southern Prince George's
and northern Charles counties of Maryland.
Most importantly, we
are neighbors helping neighbors!
CSS Makes A Real Difference
In FY 2007: - CSS Food Pantries had 6, 661 visits and 1,490 home deliveries.
- The
CSS Advocacy Program had 527 beneficiaries.
- CSS's Shared Senior Living Home served 5 low-income seniors.
