Ms. Raskin is a professional social services administrator with more than than 20 years experience. She lives and works in the local community.

Catherine Powell, Program Assistant

Ms. Powell has been the Program Assistant since October 2007. She is a recent graduate of Marymount University located in Arlington, VA.
